Is starchy water solid or lutide

While dealing with the matter subject with my students, we did an experiment to decide whether starchy water is solid or liquid.

I wanted the students to mix starch and water and observe them since we were doing distance education.

some students even added acrylic paint to color the experiment.

They saw that when they reacted harshly to the mixture they made, the mixture solidified, and when they behaved softly, it became liquid.

 At the end of the study, they both enjoyed and got an idea about substances that behave like solid or liquid.
