The purpose of this project is about how trees clean the air.It is to research how trees clean the air by learning what air pollution means. It is also to learn the benefits of trees and to investigate the amount of oxygen a tree gives.To increase the awareness of our students about the importance of trees for the clean air of our world.
To make them comprehend the importance of clean air for living things.

Students will conduct research on air quality in the environment they live in.will compare the data obtained as a result of the research with national and international values.

Age: 11-13

Topic: Trees that clean the air, climate change.

Our students will discuss data and gain 21st Century Skills while doing so.
Creativity: Students will create their own posters, images and articles to solve the problem of how trees clean the air.
Collaboration: students will work in pairs and teams.
Critical thinking: students will discuss problems, share solutions.
Communication: Being able to talk to friends and others about the topic.

The following teaching methods will be used while conducting the research.

Teaching methods used:
Project-Based Learning: Students take fact-based tasks, problems to solve, and work in groups. This type of learning often transcends traditional subjects ;

Students who research the importance of trees to clean the air for living things learn about this subject and work collaboratively to analyze data and develop solutions.

Outdoor Education: Learning outside the school building in a “real” environment

STEM Learning: More focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics in Curriculum;

Students investigate how a tree produces oxygen and analyze graphs and data showing the amount of oxygen produced. Research is about science, while graph and data analysis is about mathematics

Cooperative Learning: a strong focus on group work
