Theoretical Framework
The 21st century is a rapidly changing and transforming period. One of the most important concepts in this period is the acquisition of life and career skills to individuals. Life and career skills in the 21st century are the major and theoretical themes that today’s education communities aim to provide to students.
All organizations supported by the European Union Education Commission aim to gain 21st-century life and career skills. In the eTwinning project work, European citizenship values are determined as a subject. It aims to gain life and career skills through these values. European citizenship values have themes of tolerance, non-discrimination, and creativity.
Therefore, the planning process begins. Three months of work is a plan in the project and task sharing is done in the process.
